To obtain test results, please call the surgery on 020 8539 2513 between 2.00 - 4.00pm. For security purposes, you will need to quote your NHS number when telephoning the surgery for test results. Your NHS number will be on your test form.
Please be aware, not all test results can be given by the reception staff and will require the patient to make an appointment with the doctor/nurse to obtain the results.
