Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Repeat Prescriptions
The doctors will inform you if it is appropriate to obtain repeat prescriptions. Please keep the counterfoil. Tick the medicine required when a repeat prescription is needed and hand it in at our reception desk.

Allow 48 hours (NOT including the day it was received) before collecting a prescription. Alternatively, you may wish to request it by post and should send a stamped, addressed envelope with the request.

Repeat prescriptions are NOT accepted over the telephone unless the patient is housebound. You may, however, fax the counterfoil to 020 8558 0525. Patients will be asked to be regularly reviewed by the doctor when receiving repeat prescriptions.
