Practice Staff

The practice employs 11 part-time receptionists, six office staff and two nurses. All of them are committed to providing the highest possible standard of care for the patients.

District Nurse Service

Our district nurses can help you in many ways, giving advice and support in a number of areas including continence problems, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, HIV/AIDS, pain relief, diabetes, wound care. Ear syringing and blood tests can be carried out at home for housebound patients.

They will liaise with social services, voluntary services and the Margaret Centre when necessary. They will also visit patients in hospital before their discharge and review them at home. The district nurses can be contacted via your doctor or by telephoning direct on 020 8558 4718.

Receptionists

We hope our patients understand that our reception staff have a very demanding job but they will do their utmost to provide the best possible service.

Medical Students

From time to time the practice does take on medical students for the purpose of training. The receptionist will let you know if there is a medical student with the doctor. If you do not wish the medical student to be present, please let the receptionist or the doctor know and your request will be granted.
